Let's start seminars!

We would like to invite you to Capturing Invisible LAB seminars on topics related to the intersections between science and technology and various aspects of society. During the meetings we will discuss issues from variety of angls like sociology, STS, philosophy of science, STEAM and other fields related to science and technology.

If your research involves society's relationship to technology or you want to increase the interdisciplinarity of your research, our seminars are an ideal place to expand your knowledge and benefit from constructive feedback from other participants.

Meetings are held every 2 weeks during the winter and summer semesters, on Wednesdays at 18:00 (CET) on the Zoom platform. Each meeting will feature a 20-minute presentation of a project or publication, followed by a 1-hour discussion. We expect speakers to send an abstract along with three discussion questions and their bio three days before the presentation.

Our seminars are designed for those interested in the social aspects of technology, sociology of science, artificial intelligence, quantum physics, space technologies, biotechnology and mixed reality.
